1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most areas across Pakistan. Availability depends on the courier service and your delivery location.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number along with photos or videos of the package and product.
  • We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Rock Space Store ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
